Van Eps Place is located four blocks SW of the main campus. Residence life began placing third year and above students there during the fall semester of 2019. It houses up to 23 co-ed students and sits in a quiet community neighborhood close to restaurants, convenience stores, and grocery shopping centers.
Van Eps Place contains seven single occupancy rooms and eight double occupancy rooms.
