It’s arguably one of the hardest, but most rewarding, jobs in the Sioux Falls School District. David Moe, a former youth pastor, is perfectly suited for it. Behavior Facilitators do get called into stressful, possibly dangerous situations, but most of their time is spent building relationships, uplifting students, educating, partnering, and fostering life-long skills. Students – and staff – at Patrick Henry Middle School know that David Moe has their backs, and knowing that means they can face anything.
